The Nuclear Training Director is a Senior Leader at CP and partners with the line organizations to facilitate implementation of the training programs for performance improvement of the station staff.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities•Management oversight of the Operations Initial and Re-qualification Training Programs, including the simulator, in accordance with CPNPP, industry, and regulatory requirements•Management oversight of the Maintenance, Radiation Protection, Chemistry, and Engineering Training Programs in accordance with CPNPP and industry requirements•Management oversight of the Industrial Technology student program, college programs, and other staffing development programs•Maintain active involvement with INPO/National Academy for Nuclear Training evaluations and assist visits, Industry working groups such as Westrain, Training Program Review Board activities, Industry trend analysis, and monitoring of training effectivenessEducation, Experience, & Skill Requirements•Four years professional related experience.•Two years nuclear power plant experience.
