Your Mission (Responsibilities) Inspire Growth: Provide high-quality speech therapy services that help kids and teens find their confidence. Dig In: Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans that meet every child where they are. Connect: Deliver engaging therapy sessions (evenings and weekends) and communicate progress with our wonderful Sunrays families. Own It: Maintain accurate documentation using EMR technology and help us build a program we can all be proud of. Collaborate: Contribute your ideas and expertise to help our new therapy program reach its full potential. The Essentials (Requirements) Credentials: Current AZ State SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Experience: Multiple years of clinical experience with pediatric and adolescent populations. Skills: Strong clinical skills in assessment and diagnosis, plus proficiency with EMR systems (like Fusion).
