Estate Planning Attorney

Job description:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on complex estate, tax, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Implement asset protection structures, including LLCs and specialized trusts.
• Develop charitable giving strategies and advanced trust structures.
• Present at seminars, webinars, and educational events to build client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients advisors and internal teams to deliver comprehensive planning solutions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Significant experience in estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Strong drafting experience with complex estate and financial documents.
• Experience with client relationship management and advisory work.
• Elder law, trust administration, or tax planning experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in firm growth/partnership track.
