A large part of your role is providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to older adults. Our mission is to assist our clients in maintaining a comfortable and enriching life in the comfort of their homes.Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.Dementia care, Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's care, hospice care and more!Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnelRequirementsCell phone with internet accessStrong organizational & communication skillsCertifications (e.g. CNA license, PCA certificate, BLS, etc.) are preferred but NOT requiredPrevious experience assisting seniors with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, walking, transferring)Benefits$17.00-$22.00 per hourMileage reimbursementFlexible scheduleHoliday payOvertime payPPE suppliedLife/work balance scheduleTraining opportunitiesWorking here you can cash out on your wages before payday through Tapcheck!
