As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the ambassador between our residents, the public, and the community management team. You will be the heart of our community, at our beautiful properties, Arboretum West and Arboretum Village, in Wilmington, NC, bringing people and lifestyles together. Key Responsibilities:

• Results Driven: Focus on achieving results and doing the right thing in all aspects of your role.

• Follow upand buildrapportnaturally.
• Plan and hostexciting resident eventsandon-site activities.
• Adhere tocompany policies,tenant and housing laws, andlease provisions.
• Maintainaccuracy and qualityin administrative tasks.
• Manageproperty social mediato company standards.
• Take onadditional dutiesas requested.
• Maintain highleasing,occupancy, andretention rates, even during construction.
• Showloyaltyandcarefor your teammates.
• Ensurereputation scoresmeet or exceed industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proventrack recordincustomer serviceorsales.
• High school educationor equivalent preferred.
• Strongwork ethicandintrinsic motivation.
• Experience withYardiorproperty management softwareis a plus.
