Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team. Your key duties will include:

• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often across different time zones.
• Handling and filtering email correspondence, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organising and maintaining digital files and records, ensuring information is secure and easily accessible.
• Conducting research on various topics as required by the team.
• Assisting with the coordination of virtual events and team meetings, including minute-taking.
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the organisation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other common collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• A high level of discretion and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
