Senior Field Service Technician

Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service while supporting clients and their staff.Install, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair POS systems, hardware, peripherals, and related printer equipment.Resolve technical issues efficiently and communicate solutions clearly to customers.Document work performed, maintain system configurations, and execute hardware/software upgrades or replacements.Perform light contractor work such as drilling, mounting hardware, and running cabling as needed.Train employees on the proper use of supported systems and equipment.Diagnose and repair product failures; order and replace parts as needed.Recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions based on customer needs.Follow established procedures while working with minimal supervision.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Great people skills and printer repair skills.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Experience troubleshooting and repairing POS or computer hardware systems preferred.Basic understanding of networking concepts and restaurant technology environments.A+ certification is preferred.Our client is a leading IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
