TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Traveler experience required; no first-time travelers accepted. Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit may result in a cancellation. Required skills include telemetry and the ability to correctly treat dysrhythmias. Daily patient ratios are 1:6-7 with support from CNAs. We are a diverse team that prides itself on teamwork. Our goal is to provide patients with a remarkable experience. We aim to restore physiologic stability and prevent complications. Telemetry is monitored by a tech in another unit. Nurses must be prepared for possible floating to sister units. Weekends shifts are required every other weekend. The nursing staff works with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. All candidates must pass EKG testing prior to starting. Candidates should be open to floating within or near the facility as required.
