CRNA - Exeter Hospital - Per Diem

Location Exeter Hospital, a level 3 trauma center, is located in Exeter, New Hampshire. The community-based practice offers an anesthesia care‑team model with excellent work‑life balance and a collegial environment. CRNAs practice autonomously and may serve as clinical preceptors for nearby nurse anesthesia programs. Exeter is less than an hour from Boston and Portland, near the seacoast and mountains, with access to outdoor activities and noted schools such as Phillips Exeter Academy. There is no state income tax or sales tax. Case Assignments General surgery Orthopedics Endoscopy ENT GYN Labor & delivery Ophthalmology Urology Vascular Plastics Healthy pediatrics Dental No head/hearts or chronic pain Shift Schedule 8‑hour and 10‑hour shifts are available. Call‑Taking Beep‑call available for nights and weekends. Potential to earn up to $300K+/year. Team Highlights CRNAs work in a care‑team model, performing a mix of solo cases and supervising cases. Responsibilities Pre‑anesthesia assessment Obtain and/or verify patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitor the patient’s physiological condition Perform clinical intervention as needed Requirements Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Compensation Hourly rate: $225/hour. Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage. Per diem salary: $225.
