Retail Store Manager Trainee

Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement

CVS Health in Waterbury, CT is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through 16 weeks of self-paced, virtual and hands-on learning experiences. You will engage with leadership to support your path to promotion, participate in store operations, and learn to manage merchandising, customer care, and inventory in a fast-paced retail environment.
