Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily food truck operations, including food prep, cooking, and service
• Supervising and supporting kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies
• Ensuring consistency in food presentation and taste
• Providing excellent customer service and handling guest interactions professionally
• Assisting with menu planning and specials as needed

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (food truck experience a plus)
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
