Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a reliable and experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team in Catonsville, MD. This role involves providing excellent customer service while managing parts inventory and assisting customers with their parts needs. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission, with bi-weekly pay. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting and ordering automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate parts inventory and records. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Collaborate with service and repair teams to ensure parts availability. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders. Requirements Proven experience as a parts counter-person in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
