As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, vehicle and pedestrian traffic issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, business perimeter, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: A TSA-issued TWIC is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
