About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Senior Product Manager for Agentic Workflows. This senior individual contributor role is pivotal in the identification, development, and delivery of AI-powered workflow solutions that enhance business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business teams to understand workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-enabled automation, as well as for translating these needs into product requirements. A key aspect of the role is the ability to design, build, test, and iterate AI workflow prototypes, and to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transition of solutions from prototype to production. The role demands a professional with a strong background in product management, particularly in the context of AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation, and a preference for experience in commercial real estate, mortgage finance, financial services, or other regulated industries. Applicants for the AVP, Senior Product Manager position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 8 years' in product management. The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, including large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows, as well as the ability to independently prototype AI solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and will be adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A willingness to travel and a commitment to the values of courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in professional interactions are also important.
