As our Internal Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the talent that drives our continued growth across multiple markets.This is more than a recruiting role—it's an opportunity to influence company culture, shape future leaders, and serve as a key partner to executive leadership as we scale.What You'll DoTalent Acquisition & RecruitingBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing recruiting and sales professionals.Source, identify, and engage top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, career fairs, university partnerships, and other creative recruiting channels.Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage candidates throughout the hiring process from first conversation through offer acceptance.Coordinate interviews and facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience.University & Community OutreachDevelop relationships with university career centers, professors, coaches, student organizations, and other talent sources.Represent Inceed at career fairs, networking events, sales competitions, and campus recruiting activities.Deliver presentations to students and emerging professionals about careers in recruiting, sales, and staffing.Program LeadershipLead Inceed's Summer Internship Program and Externship Program.Coordinate recruiting initiatives designed to build long-term talent pipelines.Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting strategies, processes, and sourcing channels.Recruiting Analytics & StrategyTrack recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring results through our ATS and reporting tools.Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies that support business growth.What Makes You SuccessfulWe're looking for someone who:Has a passion for finding, attracting, and developing top talent.Builds relationships naturally and enjoys networking with professionals at all levels.Can effectively influence and inspire candidates to pursue new opportunities.Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Is highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Communicates confidently with individuals, small groups, and large audiences.Takes ownership of outcomes and consistently follows through on commitments.Understands the importance of hiring people who align with company culture and values.QualificationsPrevious recruiting experience required; staffing, agency, sales recruiting, or campus recruiting experience is highly preferred.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.Experience using recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.Comfortable presenting to groups and representing an organization in professional settings.Ability to travel periodically for career fairs, campus visits, and recruiting events.Ability to work full-time onsite in one of Inceed's office locations.Why Inceed?For 25 years, Inceed has helped companies and professionals achieve their goals through meaningful connections.
