FOX Experiences + Design is the internal brand engagement and experience agency that provides strategic vision, planning, and production in events, design, and technology to all divisions of FOX Corporation, including the FOX Network, Tubi, FOX Sports, News, Distribution, and FOX Corporate. Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative strategies and curate culturally relevant premium products to elevate press mailers and gifting experiences, while reflecting FOX’s brand values and storytelling Continuously monitor and integrate cutting-edge cultural, design, and current trends to fuel innovative and forward-thinking concepts Actively engage with internal teams, spearheading brainstorming sessions, developing mood boards, and delivering creative presentations Orchestrate cross-functional collaborations with creative, marketing, events, production, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution and strategic alignment Expertly manage vendor relationships, negotiating optimal service rates, meticulously crafting and overseeing budgets and expenditures, meticulously planning and adhering to production timelines, preparing precise job specifications for final production, supervising fulfillment and shipping logistics, and reconciling all final costs Consistently follow processes and workflows, striving for operational excellence when managing projects, tracking budgets & invoices, and other data reporting What you will need 4+ years of experience in print production, merchandising, event production, experiential gifting, product development, or related fields Strong portfolio of creative projects demonstrating innovation in premium product design and experiential gifting Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and budgets in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across internal teams and external partners Passion for pop culture, design trends, and elevated experiences Hands-on experience and working knowledge with PPAI Industry Deep understanding of various printing methods, fabrication, and materials We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $85,000.00-100,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
