AlphaBEST Before / After School Group Leader Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549M-F 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Looking to gain leadership experience while you're in school?AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before andafter-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffThis role is ideal for students studying:EducationChild DevelopmentPsychologySocial WorkRecreation or Youth DevelopmentRequirements:Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulationsProof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulationsBenefits:Part -time benefits, including health, are availableEmployee referral program Deep discounts on program tuition for dependentsOpportunities for advancement!AlphaBEST is an Equal Opportunity Employer
