Heat Treat Operators - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a talented Heat Treat Operators to join our 2nd Shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN .

Job Summary:

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

This is for "2" Heat Treat Operators for the coming A-B-C-D Teams that will work 7AM-7PM on a rotating schedule. The specific schedule is still being discussed.

You will start out and train on DAYS and then when Heat Treat Supervisor feels the person is ready to move, the trainee will move to their respected shift and rotation.

Base Rate: $20.51 - $23.75/hr

Shift Premium: $1.00/hr
