Learning Operations Manager

The Manager, Learning Operations & Vendor Management serves as the operational backbone of the Learning & Career Development function, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-impact delivery of enterprise learning solutions.This role is responsible for managing learning operations, delivery governance, analytics, and external vendor partnerships that support Signature’s learning strategy. The role ensures seamless execution of learning programs, strong learner experience, effective intake and prioritization of learning requests, and operational excellence across all learning initiatives. Working closely with Learning Business Partners, HRIS, business stakeholders, and external partners, this role translates learning demand into efficient execution and scalable delivery. Minimum Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required5+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Learning & Development, Program Management, Organizational Development, or related fieldExperience managing learning systems, learning operations, or enterprise program deliveryExperience working with external vendors or strategic partners preferredExperience managing cross-functional projects and multiple competing prioritiesStrong analytical experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance metricsAdditional knowledge and skills:Strong operational leadership and project management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience with LMS administration and learning technology platformsStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsAbility to translate learning demand into scalable operational executionStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to drive process improvement and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environmentEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead learning operations strategy and execution to support scalable delivery of enterprise learning programs and initiativesManage the intake, prioritization, and workflow governance process for learning requests across corporate and field populationsServe as the operational bridge between Signature Aviation and external learning partners ensuring effective scoping, delivery, and quality of learning solutionsOversee learning program logistics, scheduling, resource coordination, and operational execution across enterprise learning initiativesPartner closely with HRIS and the LMS Specialist to support effective learner experience, course deployment, reporting, and learning technology optimizationCollaborate with HRIS on learning system enhancements, process improvements, and technology solutions that improve learning delivery and operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impactTrack and report key learning metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvementPartner with Learning Business Partners to define development requirements, prioritize requests, and support successful program launchesEstablish operational standards, processes, and governance to improve efficiency, scalability, and learner experienceSupport vendor management activities, including performance monitoring, delivery timelines, service quality, and relationship managementIdentify opportunities to improve learning delivery through automation, AI, process optimization, and technology enhancementsSupport enterprise Learning & Career Development initiatives as needed, including program launches, communications, and reportingFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-08
