Job Description Job Description Bilingual Recruiter Graves, McCracken, Calloway County ** 6:30am-4:30p Monday-Thursday ** Experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or HR is required. Spanish/English Bilingual The right candidate will be personable and comfortable recruiting and interviewing potential candidates. Duties for Bilingual Recruiter will include: Reviewing Resumes Scheduling Candidates, via text, email, or phone call Interviewing Onboarding and training of new hires Coaching and termination duties, when needed Other duties as assigned Requirements / Skills for Bilingual Recruiter: Must be bilingual, Spanish and English Customer - Service oriented Must be comfortable speaking with candidates Computer skills Office experience / skills Recruiting or Staffing experience Strong willingness and desire to learn! ** Ability to travel between Graves County, McCracken County, Calloway County Offices ** Must be able to work 6:30am-4:30p Monday-Thursday This is a great opportunity to grow with a great company.
