Quality Improvement Advisor II
The full-time remote Quality Advisor supports Mountain Pacific’s work under the Federal Opioid Prescriber Support program. This position provides direct outreach, engagement, coaching, and targeted technical assistance to assigned prescribers and clinical partners to support evidence-based pain management, opioid stewardship, opioid-related risk reduction, quality improvement, and graduation from the Opioid Prescriber Support (OPS) program. The Quality Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for assigned prescribers, documents all required activities, and works collaboratively with the Mountain Pacific team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to meet contract expectations and performance goals.
Minimum qualifications include at least three years of experience in clinical quality improvement, health care education, provider engagement, technical assistance, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree or specialty certification is preferred. Knowledge of health care quality improvement methods, evidence-based pain management practices, opioid-related risk reduction, health care data, and provider support is preferred. Experience with Salesforce or similar documentation systems, CMS quality improvement initiatives, quality reporting, or federal health care contracts is helpful.
This position does require travel 15% - 60% of the time. The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 a year.At Mountain Pacific we offer a robust benefits package!
