Electrical Operations Manager

I'm working with a well established, electrical contractor to find an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Electrical Division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver complex electrical construction projects while helping shape the future growth of the business . Key Responsibilities Lead project management, field operations, estimating, procurement, and engineering teams. Drive operational excellence, profitability, safety, quality, and project delivery. Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and efficiency. Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts. Mentor and develop project, operations, and field leadership teams. Qualifications 12+ years of leadership experience within electrical construction. Strong background in operations management, project execution, estimating, scheduling, and financial performance. Proven ability to lead multiple teams while driving operational excellence and profitability. Strong communication and client relationship skills.
