Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in their delivery of therapy services. Develop and oversee treatment plans for SLPAs, ensuring they align with goals and objectives. Monitor and evaluate the progress of receiving therapy services from SLPAs, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to improve students' speech, language, and social communication skills. Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, paraprofessionals, and other professionals to support clients' overall development.
