Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) in Bergen County, NJ. This position requires on-site visits on a case-by-case basis, including travel to private residences, group homes, and other community settings as required. Responsibilities Assess patients\' functional abilities and develop tailored therapy plans. Provide interventions to improve fine motor skills, self-care, and adaptive techniques. Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices and modifications. Collaborate with families and other professionals to create a supportive care network. Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and educate caregivers on home-based strategies. Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid state OT license. Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
