Overview
We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in our Center City Philadelphia office. In this role, you will represent clients through family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and spousal support. You will also assist our current staff with existing and ongoing family law matters. Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law cases from inception through resolution, including negotiations and litigation.
• Provide support to other attorneys for ongoing cases.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court filings with precision and clarity.
• Advocate zealously for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients regarding custody arrangements, visitation rights, property division, alimony, and other family law issues.
• Maintain meticulous case records and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements while managing deadlines effectively.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience handling family law cases is not required but is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, and client correspondence.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Legal administrative experience including case management systems and document organization to ensure efficient workflow.
