What You'll Be Doing

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components to exact specifications.

• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to build and test thermal products.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Inspect completed work using measuring tools and quality standards.

• Support fabrication, assembly, testing, and other manufacturing operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

? Strong TIG welding experience

? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

? Experience using precision measuring tools and performing inspections

? High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
