HR Manager (On-Site) – Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager who understands the fast-paced, compliance-driven environment of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care and is ready to take ownership of people operations at our community.

This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who thrives in recruitment, employee relations, and regulatory compliance—and wants to be a key partner in building and supporting a strong clinical team.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff

• Maintain and audit all employee and health files to ensure compliance

• Manage background checks and communicate results promptly to leadership

• Conduct new hire orientation aligned with state and federal SNF/LTC guidelines

• Oversee HR documentation and ensure accuracy within recruiting systems

• Partner with payroll and corporate HR teams (VSO)

• Support and maintain clinical scheduling (nurses, CNAs, etc.) to ensure operational continuity

• Required: Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care HR

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of compliance, onboarding processes, and employee recordkeeping

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly
