Data Analyst, Operations Analytics

The Client Data (Associate) analyzes and maintains client and account data to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions. This role supports data quality and reporting processes Maintain data quality and integrity across client data systems Partner with business teams to understand client data and reporting needs Support ad hoc data requests and special analytical projects Document data definitions and reporting processes Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field

Strong proficiency with Excel and data visualization/reporting tools

~ Experience with SQL or similar data querying skills

~ High attention to detail and data accuracy

~ Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

~ Familiarity with mainstream AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), with interest in applying them to data analysis and visualization

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer
