Job Description
Performs marketing functional services under the general supervision of the Marketing Manager. Conducts Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising.
Duties include determining marketing techniques and strategies to increase efficiency, enhance participation, and community awareness of key Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs.
Keeps track of viable annual events for which to seek commercial sponsorship. Packages events, develops solicitation packet and solicits sponsorship from local sponsors.
Negotiates mutually beneficial sponsorship terms and executes all supporting documents. Attends events and serves as point of contact for sponsors at events.
Coordinates with the installation Staff Judge Advocate to ensure that terms of sponsorship are in accordance with all DA, IMCOM and local regulations and policies. Compile and provide After Action Reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
