Job Description:Assist in preparation and review of Federal, State and Local individual, partnership, S-corporation, and trust income tax projections and returnsPreparation and review of financial and investment deliverablesExecute a client service plan on complex engagements and work closely with the Directors in exceeding our client's expectationsEngage in planned and impromptu financial conversations with clientsInitiate continuous improvement through leverage of new or existing technologyManage workflow of associates and administrative staff in conjunction with Director inputRequirementsJob Requirements: Ideal candidate has 5+ years of tax and financial planning experienceInvestment experience preferred, but not requiredCPA or CFP (can be candidates of either designation as well)Individual and pass-through entity taxation experience preferredCommitted to professional and client service excellenceSuperior verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management skillsDetail and deadline orientedStrong proficiency with Excel and other programs in the Microsoft Suite of Products (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) as well as Client Service Management software; experience using eMoney Financial Planning Tool and/or investment performance platform is optimal Committed to company valuesSelf-starter/ResourcefulAnalytical thinker Team PlayerFlexible Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.Job typePerm
