$150,400 - $225,000 yearly

• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of commercial properties, ensuring a seamless and informed experience.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the Odessa, TX commercial real estate market.
• Collaborate with our marketing and admin teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
