Time & Labor Systems Specialist

Ensuring accurate and compliant employee time tracking, the full-time Time & Labor Systems Specialist will review and audit timesheets, analyze exception reports, and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Processes, reviews, and audits weekly employee timesheets to ensure completeness and compliance for payroll readiness Analyzes timekeeping exception reports and partners with employees and management to resolve discrepancies Provides guidance and basic training on timekeeping procedures to employees and managers Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, or HR operations Hands-on experience with enterprise timekeeping or payroll systems Strong understanding of payroll compliance and related regulations Basic Microsoft Office experience
