RN Clinical Manager, Home Health

Job Summary BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Medicare certified Denver Visits office in Denver, CO. As a Clinical Manager, you will lead field staff, oversee case management, staff evaluation, and development. Responsibilities Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi‑disciplinary team of home health care professionals. Processing incoming referrals. Managing and mentoring Clinical Associates and field staff. Facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff. Reviewing documentation, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB). Monitoring quality assurance. Managing staff productivity and overall case management. This is a full‑time in‑office position including client visits as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Home Health experience preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation. Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD‑10 coding. Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Acute, med/surge, and/or sub‑acute experience preferred or required. Benefits Up to $10k sign‑on bonus. Up to $90k KPI‑based bonus eligibility. Full‑time office position with flexibility.
