You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.What You’ll DoGreet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concernsAnswer and route incoming calls professionallyAssist with scheduling resident appointments, and transportation scheduleMonitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environmentSupport marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasksAssist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenanceEncourage resident participation in community activitiesSet up activities in the evenings- movie or game nights, snacks and drinksOccasionally assist serving staff with pouring drinks at meal timesReport elder maltreatment or abuse as requiredFollow and communicate company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in customer service or answering phones preferredMust be 18 years or olderFirst Aid certification requiredCompassion for and enjoyment of working with older adultsStrong verbal and written communication skillsResourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and emailJoin Milestone Be the welcoming face of our community while helping residents, families, and staff feel supported and valued.Milestone is an equal opportunity employer.
