Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Delavan, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: $30-$35/hr, based on experience
• 2nd Shift: $28-$36/hr, based on experience
  • Must be able to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing team in Delavan. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime
• Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial machinery
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Support production by responding to equipment issues in a timely manner
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
