Job Description
The Program Specialist position is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supporting the daily operations of the Prosperity Pioneers program. This position works directly with high school students to deliver workforce development, financial literacy, career exploration, and personal development programming that prepares youth for future educational and career success. The Program Specialist builds positive relationships with students, families, community partners, and employers while ensuring participants receive the resources and support needed to successfully achieve program goals and other duties as assigned.
