Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

• Insurance Continuing Education and Licensing Fees paid

Requirements

• Current Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance licenses required; current Michigan Life & Health licenses preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recovering from the unexpected, and realizing their goals
• People-oriented
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to learn computer functions
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Attention to detail
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
• No evenings, weekends or major holidays!
• Must be available to work on weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
