Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Hourly Shift Differentials: KEY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to continously walk and stand for duration of shift. * Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, pull, lift objects from a lower to higher position or horizontally from position to position * Exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently * Manual dexterity and physical agile so to perform de-escalation procedures * Must be able to deal with aggressive, hostile, and irrational behavior of patients calmly and therapeutically. * Must be able to respond immediately to crisis situations concerning patients and/or family members; must be able to work and concentrate amidst distractions, such as noise, conversation, and foot traffic.
