Construction Project Manager

Mid size Exterior Construction Company servicing Nassau/Suffolk/Brooklyn counties seeks a construction project manager with experience in all facets of Exterior Residential construction with the ability to manage a project from estimating to completion. Candidate must have experience in project estimating, preparation of subcontracts, project scheduling, and subcontractor coordination and management. Candidate must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Word. Our ideal candidate must have the ability to present him or herself well to clients and all members of project team. Candidate must have strong written, verbal and communication skills and the ability to use these skills in dealing with owners, architects and subcontractors and in-house employees. Ideal candidate must have experience with contracts, change order procedures and capable of working within budget and on schedule. Candidate must have the ability and experience to effectively manage 3-5 projects simultaneously across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Your attitude is way more important then your experience (we can train the right candidate) Compensation Salary starts at 1 month probation $1,500K per week than goes to $90K for first year.
