As a Toddler Teacher at Abington Day School, you will:
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and development.
- Provide a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for toddlers to explore and thrive.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child through hands-on activities and positive reinforcement.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to share updates on their child’s progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive and dynamic learning environment.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience working with toddlers or young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- A genuine love for working with children and a nurturing, patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and adaptability to design activities that engage and inspire young minds.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
