Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001.Additional Duties:Interprets mechanical drawings, schematics and technical specifications to develop manufacturing work instructions, processes, routers, procedures and test protocols.Conducts prototype manufacturing builds to test and evaluate product and process designs and revisions.Works in close collaboration with other engineering teams, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Quality in the launch of new products and the manufacturing support of existing products.Develops and designs basic tools and fixtures, researches and specifies manufacturing equipment and systems.Creates and maintains accurate mechanical drawings, schematics, technical specifications and manufacturing process documentation.Provides documentation on assembly methods and test procedures.Conducts failure analyses to resolve manufacturability or quality issues.Provides technical assistance in matters of products, materials, equipment and processes.Travel up to 10% to visit customers, vendors, suppliers, other company locations, affiliates, attend technical meetings, trade shows or conferences.Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to "Total Customer Satisfaction" among team membersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering Ideally mechanical, electrical, or electrical technologyInternship, Co-Op or equivalent industry project experience.Manufacturing processes knowledgeMaterials, materials processing and metallurgy knowledgeAdditional Benefits:100% Company Paid Medical Insurance PremiumsDental and Vision InsuranceCompany funded HSA or HRA AccountsPaid Time OffEmployer paid basic life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance401k Company MatchTuition ReimbursementDependent Scholarship ProgramCompany paid holidays, employee discounts, holiday gift certificatesPhysical Demands (U.S. only):The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
