Wound Care LPN

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Wound Care LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based wound assessment, treatment, and dressing management for diverse patient populations across our care settings. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, monitor healing progress, and ensure accurate documentation.
