Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout each examination, providing clear and compassionate explanations at every stage
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring health care providers to achieve high-quality diagnostic outcomes
• Manage imaging equipment efficiently and report any operational issues without delay
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records using our electronic medical system
• Continuously enhance knowledge of ultrasound imaging advancements and best practices

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
