Make a DIFFERENCE for Others, Yourself, & Your Career! Days/Hrs vary, 40 hrs/wk Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of the BICC day-to-day operations, program development and growth. Ensure that all programming conforms with the goals and objectives set forth by the members' action plan in accordance with Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) or Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver regulations. Implement and follow up on developing and maintaining a wide range of opportunities for members to increase vocational skills toward future volunteer and employment goals. Ensure community linkages to resources such as educational opportunities and to community members who can assist with benefits eligibility and housing. Ensure that career planning, job development, job placement, vocational and follow-up services are effectively implemented. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years of related experience with the population in the field. Degree may be substituted for 5 years of related experience working with the brain injury population. Vocational experience preferred.
