Full Stack Software Engineer

Overview Most agents today are for coding, but 99% of the world aren’t engineers. At SellScale, we’re building AI Agents for non-technical people, starting with the sales org. As we grow, we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer . You’ll be hopping between classic SaaS integration problems, user-facing requests, and AI agent infrastructure. This position is targeting a minimum 1% equity grant minimum and a $200k base salary minimum. Requirements 2-5 years work experience at prev startups - you’re familiar in a production capacity and have worked on infrastructure ready to scale. Production experience in our tech stack - able to ship across the stack: React/typescript (frontend), Python (backend), SQL (database) Early stage ready - interest to join a startup as one of the first N employees as a founding engineer. Background: At a business, you’re either building the product or selling it. Sales is the most expensive department - more than engineering, HR, marketing, and more, in large companies. (We wrote an article about it.) Problem: As businesses grow larger, their sales spend grows disproportionately. Why? Sales—especially outbound—is still human-driven: it’s subjective, hard to measure, and doesn’t scale like code. This is exactly the kind of problem agents are built to solve. Opportunity: With the advent of recent tech like agentic AI, large language models, vector DBs, and more - future sales is human x machine. Our agent, Selix, has already seen a lot of success. Timing: Right now, we are in the dot-com boom of AI Agents. The agents we build help solve a business’s #1 problem: how to grow revenue.
