Job Description Schedule: The standard schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This Operations Manager role supports the National Lockbox operation in Earth City. The individual will lead a team of direct reports and oversee daily payment processing operations, ensuring work is completed accurately and within established timelines. Key responsibilities include managing operational overflow, monitoring employee performance through scorecards, and handling day-to-day administrative and leadership duties. This role requires strong people management, operational oversight, and the ability to support a fast-paced payment processing environment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically three or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s) Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable Good organizational, managerial and project management skills Well-developed customer relations skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills Excellent supervisory and management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.
