Job Title: Hospital Quality Specialist / Quality Management Coordinator (In HealthCare)
Location: New York, NY 10004
Description: We are seeking a Quality Management Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality management and audit reporting.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and experience with EPIC.
Responsibilities:
- Review and summarise monthly audit reports
- Monitor mock codes, nursing assignments, hand hygiene, close observations, restraints documentation, and compliance audits
- Analyse documentation and prepare reports for Nursing BH, Risk Management, and Quality Management teams
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across various units
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of related experience
- EPIC experience required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- English proficiency (speak, read, write)
