Technical Program Manager

Payrate $50.00- $60.00/hr. Responsibilities Partner with the AR wireless engineering team to define, design, and execute hardware projects Develop and manage wireless development schedules, keeping stakeholders informed and proactively identifying and addressing potential setbacks Work cross‑functionally to establish and drive best practices and technology development processes in a dynamic environment, ensuring on‑time delivery Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables such as architecture definitions, build goals, and wireless requirements Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of firmware releases for factory use during builds Track and report engineering issues encountered during the build process, providing regular status updates to leadership Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience Experience with component and module qualification, validation, and characterization processes 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager or Technical Program Manager, managing hardware or firmware projects from concept to mass production 3+ years of experience working with wireless hardware module projects 3+ years of wireless design and/or implementation experience, in hardware and/or firmware In‑depth knowledge of the product development process for consumer wireless hardware, including firmware integration to meet hardware delivery goals Experience in communicating and operating autonomously across multiple teams and projects Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $50.00- $60.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
