Service Associate

Position Description At EōS Fitness, the Service Associate is a critical role. Service employees are the first person a member encounters, making us the face of the EōS. We are looking for an energetic person with a passion for fitness to join our growing team. As a Service Desk employee, you must possess great customer service, a high level of professionalism, dependability and have a positive attitude even during the busiest of times. At EōS, we work together as a team and want those who can contribute and work independently as well. Department Operations Position Purpose Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff. Core Purpose To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Other Responsibilities Customer Service Payment on Account Club cleanliness Building and equipment maintenance and safety Accountabilities Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door Phone Power Protocol Cash Protocol Check-Ins, including guest and employee Manage alerted check-ins Monitoring Coolers, Drink/Bar Inventory and Sales Requirements for Success Fight hard to win. Takes ownership of results. Adapts well and quickly to various situations and multi-task. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done. Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills. Must be extremely organized. Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment. Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work. Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts.
