Key Responsibilities

• Float between two Emergency Department campuses, including a Level I Trauma Center and a Level III Emergency Department
• Deliver high-acuity emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a large, high-volume hospital setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, initiate emergency interventions, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
• Apply trauma nursing principles and stroke assessment protocols (NIHSS) as required by patient acuity
• Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona (verified within the last 30 days, no disciplinary actions)
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room RN experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
• NIHSS certification required
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a 500+ bed hospital setting
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
